Every MrKByDesign product is printed just for you after you order it. Because of that, we don’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind. But if something is wrong with what we printed or shipped, we make it right at no cost to you.
We replace or refund if
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There’s a print error (for example, the design is printed wrong, cut off, or smudged)
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or the wrong quantity compared to your order
- Your package is lost in the mail
You don’t need to send the item back. We will send you a free replacement, or a refund if you prefer or if a replacement isn’t possible.
How to report a problem
- Email us at mark@mrkbydesign.com within 30 days of delivery (for a lost package, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).
- Include your order number and clear photos of the problem, showing the item and the label or packing slip if you can.
Not covered
- Change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart before ordering.
- Small color differences from your screen. Every screen shows color differently, and printing can vary slightly from batch to batch.
- Normal wear, or damage from washing or care that doesn’t follow the care label.
- Orders shipped to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout, or packages refused or not picked up. We can reship these, but the new order is at your cost (for unclaimed packages, you only pay shipping).
Custom designs
Custom design work (custom orders, logos, and designs made from your idea, photo or sketch) is non-refundable once you approve it, unless there is a print error. You see and approve a proof before anything is printed, so please check it carefully.
Business merch stores
Customers who buy from a business’s merch store on MrKByDesign are covered by this same policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
